Design and development of Datacentre complex multilayer Hardware Boards

Qualification and Experience :

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from recognized university
• 2-5 years of industry experience. Networking background will be a plus.
• Good track record of delivering complex, high-end products to volume production.

Skills :

• Experience in development of high performance CPU/Processor/ ASIC /based communication or similar systems. Experience in end to end design of communication/Networking boards .
• Proficiency in high speed board design, bring-up and debugging. Ability to solve system level problems and making trade-off calls. Strong lab skills to handle high-end test and measurement equipment.
• Proficiency in leading CPU, PCIe Switches and memory architectures. Experience with DDR4, PCIe3/4, SATA3, USB3, 10G/25G/50G/100G Ethernet, UART ,SPI, I2C buses is must.
• Detailed knowledge of systems design consideration from software, PCB, mechanical, thermal, power conversion, DFM, DFA, cost sensitivity.
• EDA tools for schematic capture (CADENCE) Board design through full development life cycle and configuration management for managing associated documentation (BOMs, schematics, drawings etc.) Lab equipment and test & measurement tools like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers etc.
• Awareness of EMI, EMC, Safety and Environmental compliance of Networking systems.
• Experience in CPLD and FPGA design/verification.
• Good documentation and communication skills

Layout and plan routing for dense high-speed boards, using Cadence Allegro tools

Qualification and Experience :

• Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Layout and plan routing for dense high-speed boards, using Cadence Allegro tools.
• Capabilities including ability to efficiently understand and use Cadence Constraint Manager.
• Minimum 4+ years of PCB layout experience.

Skills :

• The candidate for the position of PCB Layout Designer will contribute in all phases of the products design, including design feasibility, placement, routing, constraint table management, thru tapeout. The candidate should be able to work in high-speed design layout, DFX, and DFM
• Experience with Cadence CAD tools for layout, DRC and Post process. Knowledge of design of printed circuit boards requiring differential pairs, high speed signalling and controlled impedance.
• Able to interpret electronic and mechanical component specification data. Ensures that design criteria supplied by the customer are fulfilled and meets criteria for DFM ( Design For Manufacturability) to ensure reliable product. Skills to design boards with EMI/EMC compact -ability.
• Good communications in oral and written English language.
